Product descriptions, specifications, images and indicative transit times on this website are for general information. Binding specifications, prices, lead times and terms are those confirmed in writing in our quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.
Quotations and orders
Submitting an RFQ does not create a contract. A sale is concluded only when both parties confirm a purchase order and proforma invoice or sign a sales contract.
Product claims
We describe products by origin, ingredients, taste and aroma. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that labels, marketing and any claims used in their market comply with local law.
Intellectual property
Website content and branding belong to Starwin Exports or its licensors. Ingredient photographs are used under their respective licences (see image credits).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction, unless a sales contract states otherwise.
