Sample policy

Quality & claims
Inspection and claims procedure
| Pre-shipment inspection | Quantity, packing, labels, lot codes and documents checked before loading. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost. |

| Quality claims | Report within 15 days of arrival at destination, with photos, lot codes and — for quality disputes — an independent test report against the agreed specification. |
| Resolution | Claims are investigated against the retained reference sample and COA; remedies are agreed in writing. |
Private label
Private label terms
| Artwork | Supplied or approved by the buyer; the buyer is responsible for label content, claims and regulatory compliance in the destination market. |

| Recipes | Custom blend recipes developed for a buyer are not sold to other customers under the same specification without consent. |
| Packaging MOQ | Printed packaging may carry separate MOQs set by the packaging supplier; confirmed with the quotation. |
